By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

Eternally Yours offers physical and digital products including (but not limited to):

Apparel
Accessories
Home goods
Digital downloads (templates, printables, journals, etc.)

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee your device’s display will reflect exact colors.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to:

Change prices at any time without notice
Refuse any order
Limit quantities purchased per person or household

Payment must be received before order fulfillment.

4. SHIPPING POLICY (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

"Please note: Most of our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners. Production begins after your order is placed and typically takes 2-7 business days before shipping. This ensures quality and reduces waste."

5. REFUND & RETURN POLICY (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we have the following return policy:

Eligible for Return/Refund:

Defective items (printing errors, damaged during production)
Incorrect items (wrong size, color, or design sent)
Items damaged during shipping

Not Eligible for Return:

Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
Items you simply changed your mind about
Items with incorrect size/color selected by customer at checkout

Return Window: 10 days from delivery date

Process:

Contact us at eternally.yours3@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue
We will review and approve eligible returns
Approved returns: we will provide return instructions or send a replacement
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Return Shipping:

We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items
Customer is responsible for return shipping if requesting a size/color exchange

Important: Because our products are made-to-order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS – NO REFUNDS

All digital product sales are final.

Due to the nature of downloadable content:
