SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Eternally Yours. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

Please review the details below before placing your order.


1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Most of our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners. Production begins after your order is placed.

Production + Processing Time: 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time
  • Made-to-order items ensure quality and reduce waste
  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped

3. SHIPPING TIME

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for carrier delays due to:

  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • High shipping volume
  • Postal service disruptions
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

4. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Package size
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping speed

Occasionally, we may offer promotional free shipping.


5. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


6. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts

The customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.


7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please check with neighbors and household members.
  • Contact your local post office or shipping carrier.
  • File a claim directly with the carrier if necessary.

Eternally Yours is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered.


8. DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • We will review and determine the appropriate resolution.

9. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped.

You will receive a download link immediately after purchase via email.
